The Obama Administration

President Obama ran for President in 2008 with hopes to change many of the problems that were created during the Bush administration. Unfortunately, he ran during a time of great struggle in our country. The Economic Recession and the war were two of the things Obama hoped to change. Although his presidency is a revolutionary one due to his racial ethnicity, many people think they have yet to see change from him. Obama was hoping to phase out many of the things Bush had put into placement as President of eight years. One of the most important things he has done is his attempt to transition America out of the recession it is currently in. He has made up a stimulus plan which will help companies maintain themselves, thus sustaining their work force. Another very important reform Obama is trying to make is bringing home the troops that were put in the middle east. Hopefully, throughout the next two years, many more changes will be made to help America transition out of a recession and war and into a time of peace and prosperity.
