Becoming an Expert

Your field of expertise – your favorite thing to do, and what you do best. Although it may take many years, the steps tend to always be the same. Everyone learns at their own pace and progresses at their own pace as well. No one is born knowing what they will do, but the first step is in fact figuring out what you want to do. This may take years, or may simply be impacted by your families choices. Say you want to play baseball, you would start playing, learn a little, that’s known as step 2. The next steps we all know as progressing and getting lessons or taught in what we want to do, but eventually we all must come to the conclusion that we cant know everything everything, the author reads, “It's at this stage you realize that expertise isn't a destination, but a journey. A lifelong travel that will never be complete - no matter how fast you run.”
