Midlife Crisis

A Midlife Crisis is encountered between the ages of forty and sixty. It is often found that when people are in this stage of their life, they are going through an emotional transition. Some factors that lead to a Midlife Crisis are often debt and a significant loss. The majority of the time, people beat the crisis and can leave this process without any enormous modification in their lives.

However, for some people, this crisis can be a bit more complicated. Since this time can be a rough one for some, their confused thoughts and feelings can lead to a depression. Those who experience a difficult time with the transitional stage might feel unsatisfied with the life they have created for themselves. They might feel bored with the things that used to amuse them, and confused about who they're going to be and what they're going to do. Many of these symptoms are those found in depression as well.
